If Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia who has immunity from deportation can be kidnapped and deported to a Salvadorian prison, then that same situation could be applied to someone else who has immunity from any and all actions. Just saying...

This is not a drill. It is also not the law. Mr. Ryan fails to explain that the 9-0 ruling did not stand on Sotomayer's opinion, but ruled that the US could facilitate the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia if he could be removed from prison. Not that he must be removed from prison.
